1. How many Attendees will attend the CfC St. Moritz?
As in previous years, we will not allow more than 250 Attendees to the conference.

3. What are the requirements for me as an Attendee to attend the conference?
In accordance with the measures imposed by the Federal Office of Public Health and our partner location's safety strategies, we are applying the 2G+ safety strategy for the CfC St. Moritz. The following is needed for every Attendee to participate in the conference:
- “2G”: Every Attendee must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (as defined by the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health and the Federal Commission for Vaccination) or recovered from COVID-19 (as defined by the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health). Only fully vaccinated or recovered people will be admitted to the conference.
- “+”: You must present a negative antigen test result (rapid antigen test not older than 24h) at any time during the Event. Therefore, there will be mandatory daily antigen tests conducted in our in-house test center for every attendee.
- “COVID certificate”: Every Attendee must carry a valid COVID Certificate recognized in Switzerland to participate in the event. A COVID certificate which has been obtained by a negative PCR test or rapid antigen test will not be accepted by the conference and thus no access to the conference will be granted.
The CfC St. Moritz reserves the right to deny the admission to the conference for valid reasons. Examples of valid reasons are: obviously intoxicated condition of a visitor, offensive or inappropriate clothing or behaviour or the carrying of dangerous objects (weapons, pyrotechnic, intoxicants and others), symptoms of contagious diseases or conditions established by the venue where the conference is held. In case of a denial of admission based on a valid reason, the attendee shall not be entitled to a refund of the ticket fee or any other compensation incurred by the attendee in connection with the conference.

4. Do I need to be vaccinated with an approved vaccine or receovered to be able to participate in the conference?
Yes, all Attendees must be:
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (as defined by the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health and the Federal Commission for Vaccination) OR
- Recovered from COVID-19 (as defined by the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health and the Federal Commission for Vaccination)
Additionally, there will be mandatory daily antigen tests conducted in our in-house test center for every attendee.

5. Do I need a negative PCR test to participate in the conference?
No, but there will be mandatory daily antigen tests conducted in our in-house test center for every attendee.

6. What happens if I get infected with COVID-19 before the conference and cannot participate?
The CfC St. Moritz does not take any responsibility, if an Attendee is unable to travel to Switzerland and | or St Moritz and | or participate at the conference due to not compliance with the applicable 2G+ strategy and | or applicable COVID regulations in force, nor will the CfC St. Moritz compensate an Attendee financially and | or in other ways, should an Attendee accrue and | or incur any costs related to complying with any and all applicable COVID regulations in force.

7. Do I have to bring a test proof with me that I tested negative for COVID-19?
Yes - to ensure that you can meet other attendees and enjoy the conference, we will apply the 2G+ safety strategy for the conference.
The following requirements must be met:

8. Will I be tested for COVID-19 in order to participate at the conference?

9. Do I have to wear a mask during the whole conference?
Wearing masks is mandatory in public areas of the Suvretta House and in the conference room «Festivo». Masks are not mandatory outside the «Festivo» and during socialising events but you are of course free to wear one.
Please note that for safety reasons FFP2 is the only mask type that may be worn inside the events zone. Masks will be provided by the CfC St. Moritz, but you may also bring your own.

10. What happens if I travel to the conference and I am tested positive for COVID-19 before it starts?
In case, the Attendee is tested positive for COVID-19, the attendee will not be admitted to the Event. Furthermore, the attendee is not entitled to transfer the seat reservation to next years’ conference and has not the right to a refund of the admissions fee paid (see Terms of Attendance).

11. What happens if I show COVID-19 symptoms during the conference?
You are obliged to take a PCR- or a rapid antigen test. In case of a positive result, individuals will be immediately contacted by the authorities and informed of the procedures to follow. Individuals will need to remain isolated at their accommodation upon receiving a positive test result. They will be retested with a second PCR test by a medical team for further confirmation. Based on the decision of the authorities, repatriation possibilities for those under quarantine will be managed according to the risk to public health, transport option availability and the receiving country policies. If no return is possible, participants must remain in their hotel rooms to isolate at their own cost.

12. Can I leave the conference and do other things?
We cannot forbid anyone to leave the conference site - but we strongly recommend not to do so, to stay in the group and participate only in CfC St. Moritz socialising events in order to reduce the risk of meeting people outside the conference.

13. What happens if I get tested positive on COVID-19 after the conference?
Each Attendee must inform the CfC St. Moritz immediately until 7 days after the conference, should he or she be tested positive for COVID-19. The Attendee is contacted and further measures are defined together with the cantonal doctor. If necessary, all other Attendees are informed about the next steps.

14. What happens if the conference is cancelled due to COVID-19?
If the conference is cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19, the Attendee is entitled to transfer the seat reservation to next years’ conference but not to a refund of the admissions fee paid or any other compensation (see Terms of Attendance).

15. Is data collected due to COVID-19?
The data collection when registering for the conference complies with the applicable law and requirements of the authorities. Therefore, no additional information is collected. The Data Protection Policy shows how the attendee data is handled.

16. What is the CfC St. Moritz personal entry card for?
In recent years, we have repeatedly had people trying to gain unauthorized access to the conference. We now want to prevent this with the personal entry card - in addition to the name, a photo of the participant will also be stored on the personal entry card. This way we can ensure that only those participants are in the room who have been accepted by the CfC St. Moritz. In addition, the personal entry card allows us to ensure that only those persons who meet the requirements regarding COVID-19 are at the conference.

17. Do I need a Visa to enter Switzerland?
It is the sole responsibility of the Attendee to take care of any government visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa should schedule sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact their nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. CfC St. Moritz will not contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants or provide any other assistance relating to visa issues.
