Louis Baudoin
Founder and CEO of Merkle Data
Prior to founding Merkle Data, Louis was a MBA student at Stanford and resident at SLAC, a Stanford lab where he worked on blockchain applications in the IoT and energy space. Louis worked at Mckinsey for two years, mostly focusing on risk management and asset valuation for financial institutions. Louis was involved as a PM and Data Scientist in the very early age of the e-commerce companies Linio and Lazada. Lazada is now the largest e-commerce company focused on South-East Asia and worth multiple Bn $. Louis co-wrote two reports on value chain design and Circular Economy that were presented at the World Economic Forum at Davos in 2015 and 2016.
Louis hold a BSc in Fundamental Maths and a MSc in Applied Maths from a French grande école (Supaero), a MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics, and a MBA from Stanford GSB.
